The Marketing and Development Manager devises and implements creative, effective marketing and development strategies and manages vital relationships for Dublin Fringe Festival.
This role is creative, tactical and enterprising, working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand strategy across all marketing and fundraising efforts. This person fosters Fringe’s community, building a network to increase the organisation’s impact in Ireland and abroad. This position connects artists with audiences, builds new relationships with supporters, businesses and sponsors, and advances Fringe’s brand as a much-loved festival and engine room for new art.

The Artistic Projects Manager oversees the planning and execution of artistic projects and relations year-round at Dublin Fringe Festival.
This new role is administrative and creative, mixing the best parts of artist support, producing and project management to bring Fringe’s bold creative vision to life. This person is the first point of contact between Fringe and artists, managing a variety of artistic programmes year-round, from off-site artist residencies to live events during our annual festival. This position calls for someone eager to bring their perspective to Fringe’s work to manage information flow and drive delivery of festival programmes.
